We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however we are happy to offer a credit note on any items you wish to return. Returned products should be in a fully saleable condition. Whilst we try to be flexible with returns, we reserve the right not to credit or exchange any products returned more than 7 days after purchase.
Our usual returns policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
None of the above affects your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.
Delivery of your furniture is undertaken by our own staff* who will treat your purchases, and home, with care as they deliver your furniture. Our staff will place your furniture exactly where you want it, and will remove all packaging. We will deliver your furniture at a time to suit you.
*Within specified area. Outside this area an external delivery company may be used.
A delivery charge of £25.00 is payable for all local deliveries. Cost of deliveries further afield will be calculated depending on location and order size.
Prior to delivery we ask you to check that your furniture will fit in the room, and that it will fit through the access route in your home such as doorways and stairs. Please also check that the route is clear for our staff by removing any ornaments, pictures or furniture that may restrict access. Please also check for trip hazards.
Our delivery staff are not able to remove their shoes for health and safety reasons. If you have any concerns about floor coverings please advise us in advance so we can find a suitable solution.
Our Pricing Policy
We aim to offer good quality furniture that is fairly priced. We buy most of our stock directly from small factories keeping the supply chain very short. We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible even though we often face extra costs due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
We feel that our furniture is priced realistically and we do not inflate prices so that we can then offer a discount.
